Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis deals with monitoring the level of fatigue using electroencephalography (EEG). The thesis is based on the long-term monitoring of subjects using a device from PLUX– Wireless Biosignals, which enables EEG signal recording. Simultaneously, the subjects record their subjective perceptions of fatigue and pain in real time using a dedicated Android application. The collected data are subsequently processed using the MATLAB software, where they are analyzed, visualized, and compared with the subjects’ reported values. The thesis describes the methodology used, the implementation of software tools, and the results of the experiments performed. The outputs of the thesis can serve not only for further research in the field of fatigue measurement, but also for objectifying the relationship between fatigue and pain.
