Zpracování strategické analýzy vybrané společnosti a návrh doporučení pro posílení její konkurenceschopnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti X, která působí v mlékárenském odvětví. Hlavním cílem práce je provést strategickou analýzu a navrhnout doporučení pro posílení její konkurenceschopnosti. Byly provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a prostřednictvím SWOT byly shrnuty zjištěné výsledky. Na tomto základě byla navržena strategická doporučení zaměřená na tři hlavní oblasti – diferenciaci produktů, posílení značky a zvyšování provozní efektivity. Navržené strategie kombinují marketingové aktivity, produktové inovace a investice do energetických úspor a obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Doporučení zahrnují zejména rozvoj produktového portfolia, systematické budování značky, efektivnější využití lokálních zdrojů, optimalizaci nákladů a rozšíření distribučních kanálů. Navržené doporučení jsou strukturována podle časového horizontu jejich realizace a směřují k posílení dlouhodobé stability a výkonnosti podniku.

The thesis deals with the strategic analysis of company X, which operates in the dairy industry. The main objective of the work is to conduct a strategic analysis and propose recommendations for strengthening its competitiveness. Analyses of the external and internal environment were conducted and the results were summarized using SWOT. Based on the results, strategic recommendations were proposed, focusing on three main areas - product differentiation, brand strengthening and increasing operational efficiency. The proposed strategies combine marketing activities, product innovations and investments in energy savings and renewable energy sources. The recommendations mainly include the development of the product portfolio, systematic brand building, more effective use of local resources, cost optimization and expansion of distribution channels. The proposed recommendations are structured according to the time horizon of their implementation and are aimed at strengthening the long-term stability and performance of the company.
