Abstract

The aim of this Diploma thesis is to suggest of a vibrodiagnostics system for MOTOX Gearbox. In the first part of the thesis I focus on the basic issues of maintenance in relation to technical condition assessment. Technical diagnostic is also described, including its subdomains which were used for the assessment of the technical condition of the gearbox, i.e. vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. The next part of the thesis discusses the issue of suggesting a vibrodiagnostics system, its theoretical concept and comparison with the actual state. The area of tribodiagnostics is discussed, in relation to gearbox oil and the tests necessary for its quality assessment. The closing part of the thesis analyses the results of the vibrodiagnostic measurements, the quality of oil and the resulting recommendations.
