Návrh polohovadla kamery se dvěma stupni volnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a two-degree-of-freedom camera positioner for a workstation with collaborative robot UR3e. The introductory part includes a review of available camera positioners and an analysis of the workplace. Based on the obtained findings, a requirement list is compiled, and design concepts of the linear and rotational modules are proposed. The optimal variant is selected using Fuller's paired comparison method. The selected solution is further developed into a detailed design including the design of drives and selection of hardware components for positioner control. The thesis also includes a 3D CAD model, technical documentation and a motion simulation in CoppeliaSim.
