Abstract

The aim of this thesis is solving the case of application the desulphurisation equipment for boilers K1 to K4 in heating plant Přívoz. As a fuel there is used combination of black coal dust and cokeoven gas. Desulphurisation unit is designed just for burning black coal dust. Currently heating plant has an emission exception, but in the future we can expect that it will be nessesary to build a desulphuration unit. In the first part of the thesis is a basic description of the desulfurization methods. The second part deals with semi-dry desulphurisation method in a fluidized bed reactor. It is determined stoichiometric amount of flue gas and boiler efficiency. For the given parameters is executed calculation of desulphurization, the design of basic parts of the device and a layout proposal.
