Experimentální hodnocení stavu ostří při nepravidelném přerušovaném řezu

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis was to test ceramic cutting tools at interrupted cut settings by turning. In the introductory theoretical section describes ceramic cutting materials and summary of methods for testing intermittent cutting. In the practical part is described the experiment, including cutting parameters. Here are the results of watch the shock number and parameters of median arithmetic deviation of profile Ra and maximum height of profile Rz. It was tested two types of ceramic cutting tools (Saint – Gobain Advanced Ceramics, type D420 and Tungaloy America, type LX11. Measurement was done on material C45 (ČSN 12 050).
