Hodnocení efektivnosti investice v odvětví velkoobchodu

Abstract

V této práci je hodnocena ekonomická efektivnost dvou variant realizace investičního záměru, kterým je nákup kamionu a jeho využití v přepravě firemního zboží. Realizací této investice dojde zároveň k nahrazení dosavadního převozu zboží zprostředkovaného spediční společností. V teoretické části práce je charakterizováno investiční a finanční rozhodování firmy, jsou zde definovány parametry a vybraná dynamická kritéria hodnocení investice. Je zde také popsána problematika analýzy investičního rizika. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na představení investiční společnosti a jejího záměru. Jsou zde rozebrána vstupní data, ze kterých je sestaven finanční plán výnosů a nákladů investice. Pomocí metody současné hodnoty výdajů a čisté současné hodnoty jsou hodnoceny obě varianty projektu. V první z variant je kamion využíván jen pro firemní účely a v druhé variantě je počítáno i s tržbami za poskytnutí služby externímu zákazníku, kterému bude firma vyvážet zboží ze země. Avšak v obou případech je realizace investice nevýhodná, neboť nové provozní náklady spojené s přepravou jsou vyšší než dosavadní náklady za přijetí přepravní služby. Citlivostní analýzou rizika projektu je zjištěno, o kolik se musí zvýšit tržby za poskytnutí služby zákazníkovi, aby se stala investice efektivní.

In this thesis is evaluated the economic efficiency of two variants of realization of the investment which is the purchase of a truck and its use of transporting of corporate goods. By the realization of this investment will replace the current transportation of goods mediated forwarding companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are characterized the investment and financial decisions of company. There are defined the parameters and the selected dynamic investment criteria. That part also describes issues of analysis of the risk investment. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the investment company and its intent. There is the input data analyzed from which the financial plan of income and expenses of the investment is set up. Using the present value of the expenditures and net present value are evaluated both variants of the project. In the first variant there is only truck used for business purposes and in the second one is calculated with the takings from the provision of services to external customers, which the company will export goods from the country. However, in the both cases, the investment is disadvantageous because the new operating costs, which are associated with transport, are higher than the current costs for taking transportation services. By sensitivity analysis of project risk is ascertained how much it raise revenues for providing must service to the client the investment to be efficient.
