Abstract

The thesis concerns mathematical simulation at the process compression forming material by the DRECE process tool by program Simufact.forming in 3D area and performance by metallographic analyze and tensile tests on the experiment samples. At first part was concerned abstract actual information from SPD area about process CONFORM. There is analysis programs mathematical simulation were concerned in next part (QForm, Simufact.forming, FormFEM). Then mathematical simulation was created sheet metal Al99,5 by DRECE tool in the program Simufact.forming and simulation calculation was compare with experiment. In the next part was created metallographic analyze for evaluation textures on number passages. Tensile tests were concerned for interpretation achieved mechanical natures by process DRECE. Final part of the thesis was concerned target results.
