Abstract

The thesis deals with the creation of organizational standards within ESKO Most ltd, namely creating the organizational structure, standard operating procedure and wage and salary regulations. There are also described in detail the rights and obligations of employees, job description of financial and payroll accountants and other support staff, and accurate procedures and ways of personnel agenda management and salary accounting. Further, there are established internal control systems. Proposals intend to improve the quality of given services and make the team work of ESKO Most ltd. more effective.
