Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of project risks associated with the transfer of textile production. The main objective is to identify and assess key risks related to relocating manufacturing equipment and processes from Slovakia to Romania, utilizing project management methods such as CPM, PORTER analysis of competitive forces SWOT analysis, and RIPRAN. The thesis provides a detailed examination of the current state of the company, application of project management tools, and proposes measures to mitigate potential negative effects. The findings can serve as a basis for effective risk management in similar industrial projects.
