Abstract

Zbořil, K. Creation of a new technology of forging in L.K.F. Kovo s.r.o .: diploma thesis. Ostrava: Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology, 2017, 73 s. Supervisor of thesis: Ing. Jiří Kratochvíl, Ph.D. This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a new, more efficient, forgery process in L.K.F. Kovo s.r.o., due to the higher series of the product. The introductory part deals with the theoretical analysis of the given issue. This was followed by a survey of the current state of machining and, on the basis of the analysis, shortcomings were identified in the process of production preparation and in the machining process. In addition, a proposal was made to change the technological process and thereby make the production process more efficient. After the application of the new machining technology, measurements of the production time were performed using a work operation slide. Finally, a comparison of the original machining technology with the new production process technology was made. The diploma thesis achieved the efficiency of the production process of machining, namely the reduction of the time requirement by almost 45%.
