Abstract
This thesis deals with product design for vibrating table concrete products. The introductory section, which deals with concrete products, compaction and concrete modes of vibration, followed by possible solution concepts generating vibration.
After selecting one of the options and determine the optimal size propulsion, they begin to design the various parts of the vibrating table. The main part of the calculation is the strength control desk finite elements and control the natural frequencies of the main parts of the table to avoid resonance phenomena. Then calculate the spring, which will vibrate the table with the load and check the weight of the bottom frame. This mass must be sufficient to prevent undesirable shifts the whole table.
