Finanční analýza firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční situací ve firmě STROZA, s.r.o. První část je zaměřena na základní teoretické pojetí finanční analýzy. Zaměřena je především na samotnou charakteristiku finanční analýzy, hlavní uživatele finanční analýzy, dále pak na zdroje, ze kterých při aplikování finanční analýzy čerpáme informace. Součástí jsou rovněž vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti STROZA, s.r.o., která se specializuje na výrobu jednoúčelových strojů a výrobních linek. Vyráběná zařízení jsou určena zejména pro polovodičový, chemický a farmaceutický průmysl. Ve třetí části aplikuju metody finanční analýzy na firmu STROZA, s.r.o. Společnost hodnotím metodami horizontální a vertikální analýzy, analýzy poměrových ukazatelů, metodami vyčíslení vlivu ukazatelů a na závěr souhrnným modelem hodnotícím finanční situaci podniku. Čtvrtá část je věnována interpretaci a vyhodnocení zjištěných výsledků finanční situace podniku.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial situation of the STROZA , s r.o. The first part focuses on the basic theoretical concepts of financial analysis. It is focused on the actual characteristics of the financial analysis, the main users of financial analysis, as well as the sources from which the application of financial analysis we draw information. Some methods of financial analysis are also included. The second part deals with the characteristics of STROZA, s.r.o., which specializes in the manufacture of special purpose machinery and production lines. Produced devices are designed primarily for the semiconductor, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In the third part I apply methods of financial analysis on the company STROZA s.r.o. The company methods are horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios, methods of quantifying the impact indicators and a summary of the evaluation model financial situation at the end. The fourth section is devoted to the interpretation and evaluation of results of their financial situation.
