Analýza systémů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza systémů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zpracování poznatků získaných z odborné literatury, obsahující část zaměřenou na řízení lidských zdrojů a popis metod a postupů při získávání a následném výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané organizace, popis jejího současného systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo v organizaci provedeno za spolupráce zaměstnanců. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které povedou k vyšší efektivnosti tohoto procesu. Základem pro jejich návrh jsou informace získané od personalisty a zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, který je ve vybrané organizaci realizovaný v praxi a podle získaných teoretických poznatků navrhnout možná zlepšení.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of employee recruitment and selection systems in selected organization. The theoretical part is focused on process knowledge gained from literature, including a section focused od human resource management and a description of the methods and procedures of recruitment and subsequent selection of employees. The practical part includes the characteristics of the selected organization, a description of its current system of recruitment and selection of employees and the results of the survey, which was conducted in cooperation with the organization staff. The last section includes proposals and recommendations that will improve to higher efficiency of the process. The basis for the proposals are informations gained from recruiter and employees. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the system of recruitment and selection of employees, which is realized in practice in selected organization and in the theoretical knowledge to suggest possible improvements.
