Abstract

Topic of my dissertation is Most frequent cases of damage to consumers and their resolution. Object of my dissertation are damage to consumers, solution cases I focus only on public law. First part of my dissertation is about legislation consumer protection, especially about Consumer Protection Act, Act on the Czech Trade Inspection and Penal Code. In the second part I mention causes and consequences damage to consumers, especially economic and legal. In the last part of my dissertation I focus on most frequent cases of damage to consumers, which I chose after consultation with worker in Czech Trade Inspection and short research, which I prepared of results my questionnaire. Main object of my dissertation is findings Most frequent cases of damage to consumers and how they solves in public law, specifically especially how they solves under Czech Trade Inspection. My next target is assess my questionnaire. I want find if consumers were damage, how they solve this situation, where they damaged, what is their view on Czech Trade Inspection and what are their knowledge about law.
