Abstract

In the practical part of the work, a questionnaire survey is carried out and subsequently evaluated. The output from the questionnaire is described using proposals and recommendations for company management. These suggestions should improve employee engagement and motivation. In the last point, the thesis deals with detailed testing of one of the proposals.
