Měření výkonnosti leteckých dopravců v osobní letecké dopravě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti leteckých dopravců v osobní letecké dopravě. V teoretické části je popsán letecký dopravce, výkonnost a přístupy k měření výkonnosti leteckých společností. Další část práce je zaměřena na popis a poskytované služby společnosti WIZZ Air a Vueling. Praktická část se zabývá měřením nefinanční a finanční výkonnosti vybraných společností a společnosti jsou v téhle kapitole taky porovnány. Na základě získaných informací je pro každou společnost sestavena SWOT analýza a jsou navržena opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení situace.

Master thesis is dealing with the Performance Measurement of Air Carriers in Passenger Air Transport. In the theoretical part describes the air carriers, performance and access to performance measurement of airlines. The next part is focused on the description and services provided of WIZZ Air and Vueling. The practical part deals with the measurement of non-financial and financial performance of selected airlines. Also this part includes a comparison of these airlines. On the basis of obtained information is assemble SWOT analysis and are proposed measures and recommendations for improving the situation selected airlines.
