Kompozitní materiály v letectví

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on composite materials used in aviation, theirs basic division, characteristics and application on airframe structures. Furthermore, common types of reinforcing fibers (natural, glass, polymer, carbon) are described in more detail as well as their use history. Additionally, the thesis is aimed at ways of detecting and repairing the defects and damages on the airframe structure. The conclusion contains a repair procedure of sandwich-constructed composite material control element.
