Metody zvyšující kvalitu ve veřejné správě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice kvality ve veřejné správě. Předmětem bakalářské práce je zvyšování kvality s využitím metod Benchmarking a norem ISO 9001 na příkladu Magistrátu statutárního města Frýdek-Místek. Cílem bakalářské práce je charakteristika a vyhodnocení procesu implementace metod zvyšujících kvalitu – Benchmarking a norem ISO 9001 v podmínkách Magistrátu statutárního města Frýdek-Místek v letech 2005 – 2009, cíl je naplněn v rámci čtvrté kapitoly. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. Jsou zde využity metody rešerše odborné literatury a deskriptivní analýzy procesu zavádění metod kvality v podmínkách Magistrátu statutárního města Frýdek-Místek.

This bachelor thesis is devoted of the quality issues in the Public Administration. The subject of this thesis is the quality improvement with the using methods of Benchmarking and standards ISO 9001. The example is Statutory Town Council of Frýdek-Místek. The aim of this thesis is characterisation and evaluation process of implementation methods increasing the quality – Benchmarking and standards ISO 9001 in the conditions of the Statutory Town Council Frýdek-Místek during years 2005 – 2009. The aim is in framework under the fourth chapter. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Background research methods of the professional literature and descriptive analysis of the introduction of quality methods in the conditions of the Statutory Town Council of Frýdek-Místek are used here.
