Mezigenerační rozdíly v postojích k pracovnímu prostředí

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare intergenerational differences in attitudes towards the work environment. Specifically, this thesis focuses on the differences between Generations X, Y and Z. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes each generation and the work environment. The practical part deals with the analysis of data obtained from the questionnaire survey and its evaluation. The evaluation contains suggestions and recommendations that emerge from the questionnaire survey and could be useful for employers. This knowledge could also be used by the management of organisations for which it is important to be concerned about the requirements of their employees.
