Optimalizace materiálového a hodnotového toku na oblasti montáže hydraulických koncovek ve firmě Gates

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with material and value optimization within assembly process of hydraulic terminations in Gates Hydraulics company.The target is to estimate time consumption of each process step and indentify bottleneck point during assembly of the terminations, based on time study.Before analysis of the current process is necessary to choose suitable product type. After determination of bottleneck process step and analysis of all steps in the process, were some of the manipulation steps merged in the future desing of the process. New workplace is designed to fit new workflow of the process. The result enable to increase throughtput with minimal financial investment to current process.The final solution was designed, realized and tested in production.
