Abstract
This thesis deals with finding current marketing mix and design of its optimal changes to Relax Fitness Center Bílovec. The chosen method- survey by questionnaire - aimed to determine the current view of customers Relax Fitness Centre Bílovec on the current marketing mix. Using an online questionnaire the necessary data were obtained, and these data were evaluated and subsequently interpreted in the context of the marketing mix. The results were graphically processed, for example into a positional map which shows the importance and the satisfaction of customers surveyed with individual elements of the marketing mix. The most fundamental deficiencies were observed mainly in connection with customers' dissatisfaction with some elements of the current marketing mix. The main objective in proposing amendments to the marketing mix has been increasing satisfaction of existing customers and gaining new customers. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the research and recommended changes regarding the marketing mix management Relax center Bílovec.
