Abstract
The content of the bachelor thesis is the project design of the building with the nursing service. The project documentation and the technical report are made on the level for building permit. The technological part is focused on the design and the assessment of the unventilated, one layer, not walk-on roof with the sloped layer of insulation. The thesis also includes the technological assessment of the selected details, the itemized budget and the schedule of the flat roof realization.
