| dc.description.abstract | Obsahom bakalárskej práce je projekčný návrh domu s opatrovateľskou službou. Projektová dokumentácia spolu s technickou správou je vypracovaná v stupni pre stavebné povolenie. Technologická časť je zameraná na návrh a posúdenie strechy jednoplášťovej, nevetranej, nepochôdznej so spádovou vrstvou z tepelného izolantu. Jej súčasťou je technologické posúdenie vybraných detailov, položkový rozpočet a harmonogram realizácie plochej strechy. | cs |

The project documentation and the technical report are made on the level for building permit. The technological part is focused on the design and the assessment of the unventilated, one layer, not walk-on roof with the sloped layer of insulation. The thesis also includes the technological assessment of the selected details, the itemized budget and the schedule of the flat roof realization. | en |
