Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of introduction of a new product. Using sensory analysis the sensory properties of the peach and maracuja flavor of the Tapioca dessert are investigated, which was rated by 65 respondents. Through the research we have found the degree of knowledge of tapioca products and the criteria according to which consumers buy this kind of products. Based of the founded data it was possible to add this thesis with appropriate suggestions and recommendations on this issue.
