Hodnocení odolnosti organického povlaku proti otěru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením odolnosti organického povlaku proti otěru, se zaměřením na posouzení jeho odolnosti proti poškrábání. Cílem práce bylo vypracování metodiky hodnocení vzniklého poškození. V experimentální části byl použit zkušební přístroj Erichsen pero model 318 S. Na základě provedených měření za rostoucí teploty nátěrové hmoty byly analyzovány finální krycí povlaky od čtyř dodavatelů. V experimentální části diplomové práce bylo zjištěno, že se stoupající teplotou klesá odolnost povlaku vůči poškrábání a také byl nalezen lak s největší odolností proti otěru, a to lak společnosti Arsonsisi s.p.a.

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the abrasion resistance of an organic coating, focusing on the assessment of its scratch resistance. The aim of the thesis was to develop a methodology for assessing the damage incurred. In the experimental part, Erichsen pen model 318 S as testing instrument were used. Four types of coatings were analyzed based on measurements made under increasing coating temperature. In the experimental part of the thesis, it was found that with increasing temperature the scratch resistance of the coating decreases and also the varnish with the highest abrasion resistance was found, namely the varnish of Arsonsisi s.p.a.
