Abstract
This thesis deals with the design and functional solution for the student formula. The main criteria were the weight, elasticity, strength and comfort of the seat, while complying with ergonomic studies and the SAE© rules. According to individual designs, the concept of the Student Formula SAE© should be developed. Part of the thesis is the design solution of mounting the proposed seat to the frame of the formula.
