Abstract

The bachelor thesis called ,,Creation and Analysis of the Remuneration System in the Enterprise“ deals with an analysis of the existing system of employees’ benefits at state public enterprise DIAMO, o. z. ODRA Ostrava – Vítkovice. The thesis contains an elementary theoretical treatise on the employees’ remuneration, employees’ benefits and motivation of employees. In the practical part of the thesis has been analysed present systém of employees’ benefits at o. z. ODRA, it was making use of the results of a questionnaire inquiry. On the basis of all the known facts the author has suggested propriate proposals and recommendation
