Vyhledání a vyhodnocení pracovních rizik v pekárně

Abstract

My thesis is focused on an assurance of a safety of a work during production processes in a bakery. In the first part of my work there is the safe machine controlling analysed and in this part I also dealt with the safe workflows of individual machines that are controled by employees of the bakery. In the second part I dealt with the employees' personal protective equipment and you can find there also the part about working rules in the storeroom. In the last part, there you can read about imperfections I have already detected and what I suggest to do to eliminate it.
