This bachelor thesis describes the design of an automated irrigation system. The first part of the document includes description of the control unit – Arduino development board, different ways of wiring components and possibilities of irrigation. Next part is a selection of appropriate components and design of construction of the irrigation system. At the end is described creation of the system and control software.
