Měření opotřebení keramických břitových destiček

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with wear of cutting tool edge made of ceramic cutting materials during various cutting conditions. The aim is to compare and choose exchangeable cutting plate, which shows longest durability in experimental measurement. The examined material is INCONEL ® alloy, which is difficult to machine chromium-nickel alloy. The first part of the bachelor thesis describes wear of the tool edge, durability, lifetime of the tool and ceramic cutting materials. In the second part there is described and evaluated the experimental measurement.
