Konsolidace zařízení na základě kapacitních propočtů

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the consolidation of manufacturing equipment using numerical calculations and simulations. The main objective is to identify opportunities for reducing the number of selected machines by reorganizing the placement of production fixtures based on an analysis of the current manufacturing process. This approach aims to increase equipment utilization, reduce the number of machines, lower operational costs, and make more efficient use of production space. Numerical calculations are applied to assess the current utilization of equipment from various perspectives, while simulation models are used not only to analyse the present state but also to design and assess consolidation scenarios to determine the most suitable option.
