Návrh Vícestupňové převodovky pro pohon uzavíracího ventilu armatury

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a multi-speed gearbox with spur gears for operating a shut-off valve. The first part of the thesis describes the types of shut-off valves and how they are powered. Next, a mechanism for driving the valve stem is designed, and the type and power of the electric motor needed for the gearbox are determined. The strength of the gears and other parts of the gearbox is then calculated using the KISSsoft software. This is supported by an analytical strength calculation of the shafts and the durability of the bearings. The final part of the thesis deals with the design of the gearbox housing, including a strength check performed using the finite element method (FEM).
