Komparace českého správního soudnictví s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie

Abstract

The objective of the diploma thesis is to compare the Czech Administrative Judiciary system with systems of selected countries of the European Union – Slovakia and Poland. First, basic concepts of administrative judiciary are explained. Then the Czech administrative judiciary and its means of legal protection are described. At the end of the chapter the Czech administrative judiciary is evaluated. The last chapter deals with the administrative judiciary in Slovakia and Poland. Using the method of comparison, the Czech administrative judiciary system is compared with systems of these countries. The conclusion of the chapter is concerned with overall assessment of the Czech, Slovak and Polish administrative judiciary systems. Also, proposals for improvement of administrative judiciary systems in these countries are offered. The answer to which administrative judiciary is on the highest and which on the lowest level is given at the end of the thesis.
