Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with a designing an equipment for packing waste bag rolls in a cardboard packaging. The first part describes general overview of packaging machines and methods of material packaging. Next parts present designing of packaging machine. The machine frame is constructed from aluminum mounting profiles. Movement of mechanical parts is provided by pneumatic actuators. Grasping and manipulation with packaging is realized by a vacuum system. Device is ready to be connected to hot melt adhesive application equipment. Adjustable parts allow packaging of rolls in specified dimensions. The result is a packaging machine proposal, packaging machine assembly drawing and a workshop drawing of bottom channel pin.
