Komparace systémů zabezpečení ve stáří v České republice s vybranými zeměmi střední Evropy

Abstract

The diploma thesis is concentrated of Pension systems (Old Age Pension Schemes) in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. The target of diploma thesis is comparasion of Old Age Pension Scheme of Cezch Republic with Old Age Pension Schemes in Slovakia and Poland, evaluation these accesses and suggestion some recommendations for the Czech pension system. With regard to some incidence negative demographically changes is tenability of pension schemes very major social problem, which try to solve European Community or The World Bank too. Pension systems these particular states are so variable, that we don´t apply some model suitable for every states and solving this problem at the same time. From analyse of pension systems is possible, inspite of this fact, discover some changes and recommendations suitable for reform of Czech pension system. It stands to reson, that Slovakian and Polish pension scheme, in contrast Czech pension system, been gone important changes characteristics implementig three pillars model of pension scheme, intensifying well-earned pension, weakening nad replacing method PAYG by method NDC or funded scheme. Process these changes will be possible evaluated after certain time. Some positive incidences are now seen in reduction and diversification of expenditures on this area. Recommendations for Czech Republic can see in implementation mandatory supplemental pilar, in change method of financing and reduction redistributive model.
