Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the employee training and development system in a selected company. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current system of employee training and development and to propose appropriate recommendations for possible improvements based on the findings. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the key concepts that serve as a foundation for the second part, which is the practical section. The practical part introduces the company in which the research was conducted. Two research methods were used: a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, suitable recommendations for potential changes were proposed.
