Zjištění závislosti spotřeby zemního plynu na ohřev válcovaného materiálu

Abstract

Thesis is dealing with preparation of material before the rolling. The introduction compares technology of producing in Minihuť plant – ArcelorMitall. On the basis of measured and required values are counted the energy balance of heating furnace, ideal heating times and the model of the cooling of the material after the removal from the furnace.

Results of the heating and the cooling are in 2D solution for the better sight of the heat distribution in the material. Special parts of work are .xlsm files, whereby can be counted new results for other values, then primary measured.
