Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the system of employee education and development in selected organization and to propose measures for improvement of this system. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the system of employee education and development is described on the basis of professional literature. The practical part describes the system of education and development in selected organization based on questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview with several employees of the organization. At the end of the thesis, three proposals were proposed to improve the system of education and development of employees.
