Racionalizace pracoviště montáže

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on rationalization of assembly workplace in company Jiří Vaněk Plc. The aim of my thesis is to analyse the workplace environment where the Electrical substations are manufactured. Another aim is to point out to the deficiencies at the workplace and to suggest improvements. The thesis solves these issues, contains workplace analysis, and suggests appropriate solutions. There have been deficiencies regarding storage of materials, tools, joining activities. Author has used his own personal work experience in the above-mentioned company from November 2020 to July 2021.
