Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of applications to support teaching of computer surfaces - rotating (spherical, conical, cylindrical) and a catchment surface and screw surface. This application consists of two parts. The first consist is an interactive model of these surfaces with the possibility of modifications of almost all the parameters of the surface equation which is shown either by a wire model, coloured fillings, or both options. The second part of the application is the animation teaching materials to individual computer surfaces. The animation is supplemented by a sound track and is accompanied by a voice speech explained by the theory. Both these parts are created in the animation program Adobe Flash CS4 (version 10), and the sound is recorded, modified, and edited in the program Free Audio Editor 2010 (6.9.1). Text of the thesis first introduces the reader with the basics of animation Adobe Flash CS4 and the basics of the scripting language, ActionScript 3.0. There is also a description of the program, Free Audio Editor 2010. After that are described in the mentioned surfaces and is also explained how they are programmed in ActionScript language for interactive models in the application.
