Abstract

This thesis is focused on training employee recruitment and selection. In its first part deals with the theoretical base of recruitment and selection, from which come out later in the processing of the second part. The main objective of the second part, especially in consultation with the leaders, to identify the main gaps in provision and employee recruitment and selection in society and Rektimont s.r.o., for the purpose of making proposals to improve and streamline the current situation. Recommendations were determined to eliminate this problems.
