Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the attitudes and opinions of customers loyalty programs and further analyze three specific loyalty programs - Globus Bonus, Tesco Clubcard and DM Active Beauty. To determine satisfaction was used marketing research, which was carried out by electronic polling. Based on the research results have been drafted and recommendations, which the company Globus will be used to improve its loyalty program.
