Analýza spotřeby řezných nástrojů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of tool consumption in machining of gray cast iron 42 2420. In order to make machining more efficient and to reduce costs. At the beginning of the thesis, the initial conditions are described, such as semi-finished part, machine tool, tools. Another part of the thesis is focused on the differences between the original and the new cutting parameters, the machining proposals and the tests performed. Prove that cutting cutting parameters increase while consuming cutting tools, but from an economic point of view, this increased consumption of replaceable cutting inserts will return multiple times to save money thanks to the acceleration of the entire operation. The last paragraphs deal with overall economic appreciation.
