Optimalizace nástroje pro vstřikování plastu za použití teplovodivých materiálů a jejich vliv na proces

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of injection mold design using thermally conductive materials. The introductory section provides a detailed description of the plastic injection molding process, including all of its technological phases (mold closing, melt injection, holding pressure, cooling, and mold opening). The thesis also includes a literature review of selected thermally conductive materials applicable in mold construction (Moldmax HH alloy, Ampcoloy 940 alloy, and Fastcool 20 tool steel), along with an analysis of their physical and mechanical properties. The analytical part examines changes in key process parameters (cycle time, insert temperature, cooling time, defect rate, and the use of variothermal control). The final experimental part evaluates the impact of selected thermally conductive mold materials on the quality of the product.
