Abstract
The master thesis is dealing with the measurement of cylindrical deviations of small part diameters. In the introductory part there is described an overview of the issues of measurement of cylindrical deviations and all the circumstances connected with the topic of master thesis. The experimental part was measured on the coordinate measuring machine WENZEL LH 65 X3M Premium with the assistance of the software Metrosoft Quartis R6 in the laboratory of the VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology. There was also used a conventional measuring device Mitutoyo Roundtest Ra-1600. The aim of the master thesis is to compare the cylindrical deviations of small part diameters at different roughness while using scanning method and a point method with the assistance of crosscut strategy and a straight lines strategy.
