Energetický audit pavilonové školy

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je energetický audit pavilonové školy, konkrétně objektu Fakulty sociálních studií Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách. V úvodu se zabývám popisem této práce, dále pak základnímu vysvětlení metodiky energetického auditu. Dalším krokem je zhodnocení stávajícího stavu celého areálu, podrobněji budovy ,,A“, včetně energetického hospodaření této budovy. Dále počítám tepelné ztráty budovy obálkovou metodou dle normy ČSN 06 0210 a je počítána také měrná potřeba tepla na vytápění a ohřev TUV pro stávající stav budovy. Poté pro navržená úsporná opatření. Dále pak navrhuji alternativní způsob dodávky tepla, následuje ekonomické vyhodnocení jednotlivých úsporných opatření a v závěru se věnuji celkovému vyhodnocení tohoto energetického auditu.

The theme of this dissertation is an energy audit of Pavilon School; focusing mainly on the building of Faculty of Social Studies of the University of Ostrava in Ostrava – Mariánské Hory. A description of this paper and a basic explanation of the methodology of the energy audit are to be found at the beginning of this paper. The following parts deal with the evaluation of the current state of the area, with a special focus on building “A”, including its energy economization. These facts are followed by my calculations of heat losses by the envelope method according to the ČSN 06 0210 norm and my calculations of the specific heat requirements for the heating of the building and the heating of the hot supply water, based on the current state of the building and then on the newly suggested economy measures. Furthermore I suggest an alternative way of the heat supply, followed by the economic evaluation of each economy measure; and my dissertation is concluded by the total evaluation of this energy audit.
