Abstract

This thesis occupies with design analysis of the real gearbox ZF 6S 1000 TO which used in the middle-sized Truck TATRA 810 used by the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. At first thesis occupies with identification of kinematic involute gearing of this gearbox. The geometric calculations were made here and then I analyzed geometry of gearing for the factors of the quality. The Gearing was analyzed in term used modifications of shape tooth faces, precision of production and its technology of final machining of surface too. After then thesis occupies with strength calculations of kinematic involute gearing and its evaluation. In next part thesis occupies with identification of bearings and bearings which serve as shafts supports I analyzed of their loads too. Attachments of thesis consist of: the tables which summary geometry of gearing, the protocols from CNC measurement, the strength calculations of kinematic gearing and the computing models of the shafts with course of their loads. Attachments of thesis consist of: the measured assembly drawing and the measured drawings of components of this gearbox. The production drawing of the input shaft and the production drawing of cogwheel for constant mesh are attached too.
