Abstract
The Diploma Thesis is dealing with the projection of stamping technology of intricate shape part from sheet-metal. In thesis the progress by which the stamping is processed from the basic 3D computer model to final piece is described. Therinafter the stamping technology is proposed and supported by methodical stamping scheme and evasion of critical measures and tolerances in the order to keep the tolerances specified in the stamping scheme.
The aim of this Diploma Thesis is the projection of stamping technology of intricate shape part from sheet-metal . This projection is supported by simulation of the drawing process by finite elements method and also by methodical stamping scheme. At last the recommendations leading to the rationalization of the projections of analogical pieces production technologies are summarized.
