Hodnocení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate satisfaction and motivation of the employees working in RWE Customer services, s. r. o. Research questionnaires and the subsequent SWOT analysis that helped to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as its potential opportunities and threats was the main method used for the research. Based on the results and regarding impact on HR, financial and also time resources, summary and subsequent recommendation for the top management of the company was done. Implementation of at least some of the recommendations would certainly help to increase motivation and satisfaction of the employees as well as their productivity and efficiency.
